У безпосередній близькості від обєкта розташовані інші обєкти промислового призначення. Обєкт знаходиться на відстані 200 м від дороги загального користування. Незавершена будівництвом 4-поверхова споруда висотою 15,2м. Площа забудови 1157м.кв. Фундамент – бетонні блоки, стіни цегляні, покрівля – толь, перекриття залізобетонне.
