За часів існування у споруді не проводились поточні та капітальні ремонтні роботи, останні двадцять років будівля відключена від інженерних комунікацій. Конструктивні елементи: фундамент і цоколь - залізобетонні блоки, ганки-бетон; стіни - цегляні; перегородки - цегляні; перекриття - дерев'яне, підшивне; покрівля і дах - шифер; підлога - цемент, частково плитка; віконні блоки - дерев'яні, металеві, двері - металеві; зовнішнє оздоблення - залишки розшивки швів; внутрішнє оздоблення - частково обшивка ДВП.
