Nomenclature of the contract

Незавершена будівництвом пилорама. Будівництво розпочате у 1993 році, припинене у 1998 році. Роботи з консервації не виконувались. Балансоутримувач - відсутній. Земельна ділянка окремо не виділялась. Характеристика об'єкта: напівзруйнована одноповерхова будівля має два входи та розташована на земельній ділянці площею орієнтовно 0,04 га на території господарського майданчика фермерського господарства «Альфа». Дах будівлі повністю зруйнований, уламки шиферу, металевих та дерев'яних конструкцій, білої цегли знаходяться всередині будівлі. Деякі уламки білої цегли з фронтону та уламки азбесто-цементних листів знаходяться зовні будівлі. Стіни - залізобетоні панелі – помітні викривлення вертикальних ліній стін зі сторони головного фасаду, руйнування розчину зі стиків, часткове відшарування облицювання поверхні, в окремих місцях вибоїни. Рівень будівельної готовності - 5%
