Камянецькій, 82 у м.Хмельницькому - вбудоване, розташоване в цоколі п'ятиповерхової цегляної житлової будівлі з дворового фасаду зі сторони входів в під’їзди. Вхід до об’єкта здійснюється через вхід в під’їзд будинку. Фундаменти – бетонні; перегородки – цегляні, оштукатурені; перекриття – залізобетонні плити; підлога – керамічна плитка, лінолеум; вікна – металопластикові; двері – металеві, дерев’яні; з елементів внутрішнього благоустрою приміщення забезпечене всіма необхідними комунікаціями. Технічний стан – задовільний, внутрішнє оздоблення - “звичайний ремонт”. Група капітальності І, рік введення будівлі в експлуатацію – 1966.
