Нежитлові приміщення площею 104,0 кв.м, які розташовані в підвалі багатоквартирного житлового будинку за адресою: м. Івано-Франківськ, вул. Сухомлинського, 6, корпус 2. Об’єкт приватизації знаходиться в густозаселеному районі міста. Приміщення забезпечені окремим входом, ізольованим від житлової частини будинку. Щодо об’єкта приватизації ведеться претензійно-позовна робота з колишнім орендарем - ІВООВГО Української федерації Таїландського боксу Муей Тай, з метою звільнення приміщень в зв’язку з відмовою орендодавця від договору оренди в порядку ст.782 ЦКУ (договір оренди припинено 24.06.2021 р.). Умови продажу: - покупець зобов’язаний відшкодувати витрати на проведення незалежної оцінки об’єкта приватизації та рецензування звіту про оцінку протягом 10 календарних днів з моменту нотаріального посвідчення договору купівлі-продажу в сумі 2474,5 грн.
